Perfect location just next door to the canal, gondolieri and good restaurants, the lagoon which made finding places really easy and San Zaccaria, could not be better. The staff - very friendly and absolutely courteous.

Spent here 2 amazing days and would return there. The hotel was 1st class and fairly clean, it met required needs. The location was perfect, not too far away from Doge's Palace. All of the staff were very friendly, highly courteous.

We needed a place for walking around, everything was really good. All in all its charming small hotel, we had a wonderful stay here. Got silent and big size twin room in original style when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. The lovely onsite restaurant had plenty of food.

The beach nearby was perfect and the view was particularly nice. The pool was great and they provided a sauna and sun loungers.

Had the best stay, recommend this place. Absolutely incredible location, delightful staff, excellent rooms. I got free upgrade and liked it. Reasonably good breakfasts with bread, milk, jam, tea and cheese. Pool was amazing and there were a sauna and sun loungers. An amazing beach, fabulous view.
